Florals seem very popular for Spring Summer 2014, but I loved how
Christopher Kane,
Mary Katrantzou and especially
Jonathan Saunders and
Matthew Williamson did them.
I love the harsh colours of Jonathan Saunders but along side the softness of the embroidery it really does work. The almost childlike floral details of Matthew Williamson are the perfect inspiration for me right now. I also fell in love with the loose black outlined prints with hints of colour and the simple blue and white print, it reminds be that a print can be very simple yet visually rich.
